Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erstellen, Ändern und Optimieren von CNC-Programmen und Einrichteblättern
  • Übertragen von CNC-Programmen an die Maschinen und Sichern von CNC-Programmen bei Beendigung des Fertigungsprozesses
  • Einrichten, Bedienen und Werkzeugvorbereitung von CNC-Schleifmaschinen
  • Selbständiges Abarbeiten von Fertigungsaufträgen mit Protokollierung der Teileprüfung und der Arbeitsvorgänge
  • Durchführung von Sicht- und Funktionskontrollen mit Protokollierung an Vorrichtungen, Werkzeugen und an den zugewiesenen Maschinen
  • Durchführung von Transport- und Aufräumarbeiten im Produktionsbereich
  • Einhaltung der Anforderungen nach 5S

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Werkzeugmacher oder Industriemechaniker (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung im Schleifen
  • Flexibel, teamfähig, belastbar, hohes Engagement, Motivation und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Strukturierte, ergebnis- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2 Schicht Betrieb
