EHS Lead - Environmental Compliance & SupervisionWork Schedule:
Onsite – Baguio City, PH- Maintain accurate regulatory data, inspection evidence, compliance calendars, reports, training records and closure documentation.
- Support site compliance with ECC, hazardous waste, air, water, solid waste, chemical management, OSH program and emergency response requirements.
- Conduct routine field checks, orientation, log-sheet validation, equipment inspection and calibration tracking.
- Follow up and validate the closure of EHS incidents, nearmiss and CAPA report.
- Prepare, review or support DENR, DOLE, PEZA and internal EHS reporting according to assigned authority and signatory limits.
- Create or support EHS communication and training for employees, contractors, service providers and visitors.
- Participate in internal/external audits, agency inspections, incident investigations and corrective/preventive action tracking.

- Maintain personal competence and required certification/training and escalate compliance risk promptly.
Qualifications:
- Education: BS degree or equivalent technical qualification in engineering, environmental, chemical, civil, safety, chemistry, environmental science, or related field. Related technical course may be acceptable only if competency is supported by training.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years EHS-related function, environmental compliance, safety, facilities, manufacturing, or hazardous materials/ hazardous wastes support experience.
- Certification and training: Must complete DOLE-recognized BOSH for SO1/SO2 or equivalent safety officer training within 6 months of hire; must complete 40-hour Basic PCO training within 6 months if assigned to PCO support.
- Technical / functional capability: Records, inspections, equipment checks, calibration tracking, service-provider orientation, near-miss/non-compliance closure validation, emergency box inspection, spill response support.
- Behavioral competencies: Detail orientation, accurate data encoding, disciplined recordkeeping, PPE discipline, escalation judgment, oral communication, Excel/Word/PowerPoint, emergency response readiness.
