We’re looking for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) who’s ready to make a real impact in a community that values connection, quality care, and a little bit of small-town charm.

What You’ll Do
- Provide speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and swallowing safety
- Advocate for your patients and help them find their voice—literally
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility)
- CCC-SLP preferred, but CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Passion for working with older adults
- Bonus points for a sense of humor and love of lakeside living
