Montello Care Center is a non-profit nursing home that has long been the community leader in helping people get back to feeling their best. We are also Marquette County’s only skilled nursing provider. We pride ourselves on providing compassionate, comprehensive, and effective long-term and short-term clinical support to the elderly and those with long-term disabilities requiring skilled day-to-day nursing care.

What You’ll Do:
- Bring energy and creativity to plan and lead engaging activities for residents.
- Create moments that matter—whether it’s a game, a craft, or a themed event.
- Encourage participation and adapt activities to meet individual needs.
- Work closely with a passionate team to keep our residents active, happy, and connected.
What We’re Looking For:
- A people person with a big heart and a knack for fun.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and think outside the box.
- Previous experience in activities or recreation is a plus—but not required. We’ll train the right person!
