About this role

This role leads end-to-end pricing engagements at Mondrio, owning customer outcomes from discovery through live pricing models and continuous optimization. You’ll work directly with customers and our AI-native pricing engine to design segmentation, packaging, metrics, and monetization logic that drive measurable commercial value.

What you'll do

  • Own pricing engagements end-to-end, from discovery to live pricing and proposition models.
  • Lead customer engagements independently and run alignment workshops and market research.
  • Design segmentation, packaging, price metrics, discounting, and monetization logic tailored to each customer.
  • Drive post-go-live pricing optimization and continuous value capture as customers grow.
  • Act as the trusted pricing advisor to stakeholders across operators and executives.
  • Set expectations, align on value, and measure and prove impact.
  • Spot expansion opportunities and convert them into upsells.
  • Use the Mondrio platform and pricing engine daily to solve real customer problems.
  • Give continuous, specific product feedback to improve AI recommendations and guide product priorities.
  • Partner with product and engineering to sharpen the pricing engine and tools.
  • Support rollout and change management, including onboarding sales to improve execution.
  • Capture and document learnings to help scale a repeatable Pricing Architect motion.
  • Participate in sales pitches and identify potential prospects to help advance deals.

What Mondrio is looking for

  • 5–7+ years in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management from Tier‑1 strategy consulting or pricing/revenue roles in tech/SaaS.
  • Deep expertise in pricing and commercial value creation: segmentation, packaging, price metrics, discounting, and willingness‑to‑pay methods.
  • Proven ability to drive work streams from concept to execution with strong attention to quality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence C‑level and cross‑functional teams.
  • Comfortable and experienced using GenAI/LLM tools in day‑to‑day work and able to steer AI‑driven projects.
  • Hands‑on comfort with data and analysis (spreadsheets, SQL) to support pricing decisions.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring others and thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑ambiguity startup environment.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Compensation: $180, 000–$220, 000 per year plus meaningful equity through our ESOP and a market‑conform benefits package.
