Team Leader Logistics (m/w/d)
About this role
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams Logistik & Versand
- Verantwortung für das Versandlager und alle zugehörigen logistischen Prozesse
- Sicherstellung der termingerechten Lieferfähigkeit
- Koordination aller ein- und ausgehenden Warenbewegungen
- Auswahl geeigneter Transportmittel sowie Verhandlungen mit Speditionen und Transportunternehmen
- Erstellung und Prüfung von Zolldokumenten, Frachtbriefen und Lieferscheinen
- Überwachung und Organisation der Verladearbeiten
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen bei Transportschäden
- Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Logistikprozessen und Abläufen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
- Förderung einer sicheren Arbeitsumgebung sowie Umsetzung der SHE-Vorgaben und relevanter Kennzahlen

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-frau, Industriekaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder Ingenieurwissenschaften ist wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
- Berufserfahrung in einer Produktionsumgebung oder Spedition von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und SAP
- Gute Kenntnisse im Zollrecht
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Organisationsgeschick sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
