Solution Engineer (M-Files)

Get in touch:
  • Act as the first point of contact for M-Files user queries and technical issues
  • Manage user access, metadata structures, and vault configurations
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business units to translate operational needs into technical blueprints
  • Perform and oversee the end-to-end testing of new applications or system enhancements
  • Perform full system testing after upgrades
  • Facilitate and arrange on-going training sessions, quarterly M-Files updates and module owner (super user) user meetings
  • Manage the relationship with the supporting M-Files vendor to ensure system alignment with strategic goals
  • Work closely with other IT teams within IT
  • Treats all data in any format as classified and confidential
  • Work closely with Mondi Group on global projects

  • Facilitate workshops to gather user input and translate business needs into technical blueprints and process flow diagrams for M-Files workflows
  • Work closely with the vendor to ensure Technical Design document is aligned to Mondi requirement
  • Advise business users on M-Files best practices (e.g. metadata-driven architecture vs. traditional folders)
