About this role
- Du sorgst mit Reparatur-, Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten dafür, dass unsere Produktionsanlagen und die Infrastruktur reibungslos laufen.
- Du optimierst Produktionsanlagen und Prozesse und trägst aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bei.
- Du führst Umbaumaßnahmen an Maschinen und Anlagen durch.
- Du fertigst Ersatzteile nach Konstruktionszeichnungen an.
- Du dokumentierst Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten sorgfältig und nachvollziehbar.
- Du übernimmst Bereitschaftsdienste und unterstützt das Team, wenn es darauf ankommt.

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als Maschinenschlosser/in, Industriemechaniker/in oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf.
- Erste Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung ist von Vorteil – motivierte Berufseinsteiger/innen sind ebenfalls willkommen.
- Kenntnisse in Pneumatik, Hydraulik und Steuerungstechnik sind ein Plus.
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb (derzeit 2-Schicht-Modell).
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist flexibel und packst mit an.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse.
- Führerschein der Klasse B sowie abgeleisteter Präsenz- oder Zivildienst.
