- Define and own a global leadership philosophy and competency framework aligned to business strategy, values, and future capability needs.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear leadership standards and behaviours across executive, senior, mid‑level, and emerging leaders.
- Design, scale, and continuously evolve a global portfolio of leadership development solutions, leveraging learning innovation and ensuring tight integration across the HR value chain, from talent identification to succession and performance.
- Lead global leadership assessment and succession approaches, ensuring data‑driven decisions for development, promotion, and bench strength.
- Establish leadership capability metrics and insights to track impact, readiness, diversity outcomes, and ROI.
- Embed inclusive, values-based leadership behaviours and strengthen leadership capability during major transformation and change.
- Set global governance, standards, and external partnerships while enabling regions with clear frameworks and local flexibility.
