Outlet Client Advisor - Serravalle (D.lgs 68/99)
About this role
Stone Island is looking for a part-time Client Advisor to be included in the staff of our Store in Serravalle Outlet.
The Client Advisor, with impeccable presentation and natural elegance, will guide each single client across the brand’s values and heritage, gaining a strong understanding of the client and their needs
Your Impact
- Ensures an unique client experience, supporting Customers and providing a warm and welcoming environment;
- Achieves excellent selling performances and results;
- Implements and maintains Company’s Visual standards in store ensuring replenishment and stock management ;
- Active cooperates during preparation and execution of inventories;
- Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, being a reliable partner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales roles, experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus;
- Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;
- Passionate about Retail, Client oriented and with commercial mindset;
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Willingness to evolve in the organisation, willingness to relocate is a plus;
- Fluency in English, proficiency in another language is considered as a plus.
