Brand Protection & Intellectual Property Intern

STARTING FROM OCTOBER | FULL TIME | 6 MONTHS
We are looking for a passionate, motivated and engaged Legal Intern to join our Intellectual Property & Brand Protection Global HQ in Milan.
Your Impact
In this role, you will support our teams in the following activities:
- All operative activities of the Intellectual Property & Brand Protection office;
- The management and archiving of Intellectual Property & Brand Protection file;
- Case law research and pareristics in the field of Intellectual Property, Unfair Competition, IT and Digital Laws;
- In-depth study of new legislations/regulations;
- The carrying out of screening for new products names, pay off, adv campaigns, collections and alike;
- The operative management of administrative files.
Qualifications
- Degree in Law;
- Fluent in English, both written and oral;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power Point);
- Good interpersonal skills, including motivation, proactivity, flexibility, ability to work in team and alone;
- Analytics skills, problem solving approach.
