Who are we looking for? 

Are you passionate about working with data and ready to take ownership of master data in a dynamic retail environment? We are looking for an experienced Senior Master Data Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring accurate, reliable, and well-structured master data across systems. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with attention to detail, enjoys collaboration with IT, business teams, and external partners, and wants to actively contribute to improving data management practices.

 

What will you do? 

  • Manage the creation, validation, and maintenance of master data (products, vendors, pricing) in SAP 

  • Own data quality – monitor KPIs, identify issues, and propose improvements 

  • Contribute to defining and enforcing data standards and processes 

  • Collaborate with IT, business teams, and external partners to ensure data integrity 

  • Analyze data issues and ensure timely resolution 

  • Participate in testing activities and development of data management tools 

  • Coordinate activities related to opening new or reconstructed service stations 

  • Lead cutover activities in retail IT transformation projects  

  • Share knowledge, support colleagues, and drive continuous improvement in data processes 



What do we expect?

  • Confidence in working with large datasets, identifying inconsistencies, and proposing practical solutions 

  • Willingness to cooperate closely with business, IT, and external partners 

  • Structured thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively 

  • Openness to process improvement, testing activities, and participation in transformation projects 

  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage 

  • Experience with project cutover activities, system testing, or implementations is welcome 

  • Background in an international or corporate environment is beneficial

Salary: from 3500 EUR brutto/month. The advertised salary represents the minimum guaranteed base salary for this position. The final offer will be determined individually, based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
