Purpose of the position
The position leads the Group-wide Leadership Development Framework and oversees core leadership programs, including leadership, MBA, Coaching and Mentoring portfolios. It ensures alignment with MOL Group’s strategic priorities while driving innovative leadership development solutions and practices across the organisation.
Main responsibilites
Design and maintain the MOL Group Leadership Development Framework, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and cultural transformation initiatives.
Develop and manage the Group-level Leadership and MBA program portfolios, ensuring high-quality and consistent implementation across the organisation.
Operate and continuously enhance the Group Coaching and Mentoring frameworks to support leadership growth and capability building.
Design and introduce leadership development solutions, assessment tools and methodologies that support current and future leaders.
Integrate new leadership topics and development concepts, such as DEIB, engagement and new leader onboarding, into the overall leadership portfolio.
Drive the continuous improvement of leadership development processes and tools by leveraging market trends, best practices and innovative learning solutions.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders, providing professional guidance and promoting a strong leadership development culture across MOL Group.
Coordinating MOL Group’s international Growww talent program for fresh graduates.
Benchmark external practices and collaborate with internal and external partners to introduce innovative approaches and continuously enhance leadership development across the Group.
- Lead and continuously enhance MOL Group’s Talent Management processes and frameworks, ensuring alignment with business strategy and future workforce needs across the organization.
- Drive the end-to-end coordination of Group-wide talent initiatives, including People & Talent Discussions, assessment solutions, and talent management tools that support employee growth and succession readiness.
For the position you need
University degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in leadership development, including designing and implementing leadership programs in a multinational environment.
Strong knowledge of coaching, mentoring, and adult learning principles.
Experience in managing cross-functional or cross-country projects.
Strategic mindset, ability to link leadership development with business goals.
Excellent conceptual thinking, stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.
Passion for innovation, learning, and leadership development.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Strong MS Office skills.
