At MOL Group, we are looking for a Business Partner to join our Group Controlling Steering & Sustainability Finance team. In this role, you will help integrate ESG considerations into MOL Group's planning, reporting, and decision-making framework, supporting sustainable value creation across the Group while contributing to selected Group-level controlling and performance management processes.

 

Your Mission

You will serve as a key finance partner supporting Group-level sustainability planning, reporting, and governance, helping drive ESG integration, compliance, and sustainable value creation across MOL Group, while contributing to selected controlling and performance management activities.

Shape Group-Level Investment and Resource Allocation Processes While Driving Sustainability Integration and ESG Reporting

  • Support the target setting, planning, and reporting of ESG-related KPIs across MOL Group.

  • Coordinate EU Taxonomy reporting and support compliance with evolving sustainability reporting requirements.

  • Partner with business and functional stakeholders to integrate ESG considerations into financial processes.

  • Support the development of sustainability-related methodologies, reporting standards, and performance frameworks.

  • Contribute to sustainability-related analyses, reporting developments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support the integration of sustainability considerations into investment evaluation, resource allocation, and capital planning processes.

  • Coordinate sustainability-related inputs to Group-level CAPEX planning and reporting activities.

Contribute to Group Performance Management and Decision Support

  • Support selected Group-level planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.

  • Participate in the preparation of management analyses and decision-support materials.

  • Contribute to performance management activities by linking sustainability and business performance objectives.

  • Support ad-hoc financial and business analyses for senior management.

  • Participate in cross-functional finance and business projects across MOL Group.

 

What You Bring

We are looking for someone who combines strong analytical capabilities with curiosity, business understanding, and excellent stakeholder management skills, and is motivated to drive sustainability initiatives while supporting business decision-making across MOL Group.

Required qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Sustainability Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in ESG, sustainability finance, controlling, financial analysis, consulting, or related areas.

  • Deep knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks, sustainability regulations, and EU Taxonomy is a distinct advantage.

  • Experience in planning, reporting, controlling, or financial analysis is considered an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional or international projects

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
