Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Asset Data Management across the Group, ensuring the delivery of high-quality asset master data, technical documentation, SAP DMS and intelligent 3D capabilities.

  • Provide professional leadership to the Asset Data Team Leaders, driving collaboration, knowledge sharing, and consistent delivery across production sites.

  • Define and maintain Group standards, governance, and quality requirements for asset data, documentation, and digital asset management.

  • Manage Group-level planning, resources, budgets, risks, and executive reporting to ensure successful program execution.

  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring effective collaboration, supplier performance, and seamless integration of asset information across systems.

  • Drive continuous improvement by strengthening data quality, user adoption, training, and the integration of asset information into maintenance and operational processes.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: University or college degree (engineering or another relevant technical field).

  • Experience: At least 7 years professional experience in production equipment and maintenance processes with proven people leadership experience.

  • Skills:

    • strong  maintenance-process knowledge

    • multi-site delivery management experience

    • working knowledge of SAP PM

    • asset-data governance experience

    • strong stakeholder-management and executive-communication skills

    • matrix leadership and influencing skills

    • resource, risk and budget-management skills

    • analytical and structured problem-solving skills

    • readiness to travel (significant on-site presence required in Százhalombatta, Tiszaújváros and Bratislava)

  • Language: Advanced level of English, both written and verbal.
