Help Shape How Talent Moves Across MOL Group
At MOL Group, our people are at the heart of our international growth. We are looking for an experienced Global Mobility Advisor to join our International Mobility team and support strategic cross-border workforce decisions across the Group.
In this advisory role, you will partner with business leaders, HR teams, and employees to identify the best mobility solutions while ensuring compliance, cost-effectiveness, and a positive employee experience. Operational execution is managed by GBS and external providers, while you will focus on advisory, governance, and program oversight.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Strategic Mobility Advisory
Advise business leaders and HR on international mobility solutions.
Assess assignment options, risks, costs, and compliance implications.
Support workforce deployment decisions and complex mobility cases.
Act as a key link between business stakeholders, GBS, and external providers.
Compliance & Governance
Assess immigration, tax, social security, payroll, and labor law implications.
Identify risks and recommend mitigation actions.
Ensure compliance with Group policies and governance requirements.
Support audits and maintain strong documentation standards
Projects & Continuous Improvement
Participate in mobility and HR transformation projects.
Support digitalization, automation, and process improvements.
Drive simplification, standardization, and operational excellence.
Knowledge Sharing
Act as a mobility subject matter expert.
Deliver training and guidance to HR and business stakeholders.
Develop tools, frameworks, and best practices.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
3-5 years of experience in Global Mobility, International HR, Employment Tax, Immigration, Reward, or a related field.
Experience advising stakeholders in multinational environments.
Shared services and vendor management experience is an advantage.
Knowledge
International assignments and talent mobility
Immigration, tax, and social security fundamentals
