About this role

E&P IT Business Partner
The essence of the position:
As the Budapest MOL Campus IT Business Partner, you will partner with Exploration and Production (E&P) to drive digital transformation and IT value. You bridge the business and IT, align IT strategies with business goals, build joint roadmaps, and guide architecture and project delivery to optimize core business processes.
Main responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key Business Stakeholders and manage the Super User community.
SPOC for IT Demands: Act as the single point of contact for Business IT demands and coordinate responses within IT.
Value & Strategy: Promote IT services, align solutions with Product strategy, and track market trends for potential implementation.
Process & System Mapping: Analyze, model, and optimize Business processes for automation, while maintaining IT system and data maps.
Demand & Pipeline Management: Develop the IT opportunity funnel, build business cases, and support project prioritization.
Service Improvement & Escalation: Facilitate IT Service Reviews and resolve high-priority business escalations.
Main requirements:
University or College degree
4-5+ years in in a similar position involving Business partnering, Business analysis and process management, preferably in international, multinational environment.
Experience in the E&P IT area is an advantage
Attention to detail and accuracy, proactive mindset, positive attitude, and strong ownership
Openness to diverse cultures and working in a multinational environment
Driving license
