The Mobileye Operations Control Center (OCC) needs more amazing operators!

 

Our state-of-the-art control center is located at Mobileye’s Jerusalem campus in Har Hotzvim, and is used to monitor all security and safety systems in all of Mobileye’s campuses.

This 24/7 control center is the central security monitoring and service center for all Mobileye locations across the globe.

\nWhat will your job look like:
  • Using digital systems to monitor and control security & safety systems: CCTV, Intrusion detection, Fire alarm systems, Elevators, and more…
  • Track CCTV displays on wall to wall security monitors, and access control systems
  • Incident response and notification to relevant teams
  • Company incident and ticket system management.  Including opening and directing tickets to the correct teams and tracking through closure.
  • Answer internal and external service calls
  • Cooperative work with operations teams and support them in various general tasks
All you need is:
  • Available for shift work 24/7, including night shifts, weekends and holidays
  • Minimum 3 shifts per week
  • Experience in a digital work environment
  • Prior work in an operations or military/security command center – An advantage
  • Practiced in multitasking and working under pressure
  • Ability to express yourself in both Hebrew and English
  • Strong work ethic and sense of personal responsibility
  • Service oriented and strong interpersonal skills
  • Completed military or national service
