Technician

Principal Responsibilities:

• Emphasize safety and quality in all aspects of job duties.
• Check quality and quantity of all raw materials being processed against work orders to assure proper material is being run.
• Set up and operate machine according to SOP sheet specifications and quality control specifications.
• Check running condition to SOP Sheet and make out a new one if there are any changes warranted.
• Maintain 5S for the production area by way of machine cleaning and general housekeeping procedures.
• Report any and all problems associated with the operation, or the equipment and materials being processed to the engineer/supervisor/manager.
• Perform any and all other duties as directed engineer/supervisor/manager.

Required Skills:

• 1 year of related experience in manufacturing environment
• High school or equivalent education required
• Forklift license

• 執行生產工程師/現場主管指示的所有其他職務。
• 填寫生產記錄、清單等必要文件。
• 在各項工作中能嚴格遵守安全和品質的要求。
• 依照工單內容，檢查所有正在加工的原料的品質和數量，並確保使用正確的原材料及操作程序。
• 根據工單及SOP規範和品質控制規範設定和操作機器。
• 檢查工單及SOP的現場運作情況，對有需要更改及需求提出。
• 對機器進行所有必要的維護或修理提出及回饋。
• 透過機器清潔和現場管理程序，保持生產作業區域內的5S的標準要求。
• 檢查日常營運所需的各種庫存，如庫存不足或需要，應通知主管、現場工程師，例如安全手套和現場所使用的耗材.…等。
• 向生產主管或現場主管報告與操作或正在加工的設備和材料相關的任何和所有問題。
• 遵行工程師/現場主管指示的所有其他作業要求。

您所具備的技能:

• 1年以上工廠作業經驗
• 高中以上 (有機械/化學相關科系者為優先)
• 有堆高機操作證照者為優先
