- Diagnostiquer rapidement les problèmes mécaniques;
- Effectuer les réparations sur les équipements de production;
- Réaliser l’entretien préventif;
- Participer à l’amélioration de la fiabilité des équipements;
- Agir comme mentor auprès des mécaniciens moins expérimentés;
- Partager vos connaissances et vos bonnes pratiques;
- Collaborer avec l’équipe d’ingénierie lors des projets d’amélioration ou d’automatisation;
- Participer à l’analyse des bris récurrents et proposer des solutions durables;
- Maintenir un environnement de travail sécuritaire.
- DEP en mécanique industrielle ou expérience équivalente;
- Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en maintenance industrielle;
- Excellentes compétences en diagnostic mécanique;
- Capacité à lire des plans mécaniques;
- Excellent sens du dépannage;
- Connaissances de base en hydraulique et pneumatique;
- Expérience dans l’industrie de la transformation du métal (atout);
- Connaissance des machines de formage, pliage ou transformation du fil métallique (atout);
- Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier à haut volume (atout).
- Capacité à transmettre ses connaissances;
- Autonomie, leadership naturel et attitude positive;
- Esprit d’analyse.
- Poste permanent de jour, 40h/semaine;
- Horaire : du lundi au vendredi, de 7h30am à 15h30;
- Offre salariale : de 35 à 40$/h, selon l'expérience.
