- Mise en page de rapports techniques des techniciens en essais non-destructifs;
- S’assurer que les rapports soient approuvés par les ingénieurs le plus rapidement possible;
- Répondre aux demandes et aux corrections des clients;
- Envoyer les rapports aux clients et s’assurer qu’ils soient envoyés dans le délai visé;
- Relance des techniciens pour avoir les rapports pour respecter les délais;
- Remplir les fichiers de suivi Excel;
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques.
- DEP en secrétariat;
- 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en travail clérical;
- Maîtrise avancée du français (parlé et écrit);
- Maîtrise intermédiaire de l'anglais (parlé et écrit);
- Bonne connaissance en informatique sur Windows 10 et Suite Microsoft Office;
- Habileté de communication tant écrite que verbale.
- Bon sens de l'organisation;
- Capable de mener plusieurs tâches à la fois;
- Bonne gestion des priorités.
- Poste temps plein de jour (40/sem.);
- Horaire : du lundi au vendredi, (heure de début variable entre 7h30 et 8h30am) (avec 30 minutes de dîner);
- Possibilité de télétravail : 1 à 2 jours/semaine, après la formation;
- Salaire à discuter selon expérience.
