Cultivation Lead 

The Mint is seeking a Lead Cultivator to join our Cultivation Team. This team is responsible for the operation of the Cultivation tasks including transplanting, up-potting, plant maintenance, defoliation, new flower set ups, mulching, and cleaning in a large-scale indoor/outdoor grow operation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leading a small team of cultivators including time management, daily direction, and overall management of the team. 
  • Completing projects and reporting back to the manager of cultivation. 
  • Overseeing all aspects of grow from seed to store. 
  • Adhere to all Cannavative safety and compliance policies and procedure

Required Prerequisites:

  • Must have ability to stand for duration of shift
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Must have accountability, be reliable, and strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to execute various tasks both independently and with a team

Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment to perform manual labor tasks required for time sensitive management of a grow facility

Job Type: Full-time, salaried, exempt
