The company has launched several "firsts," including the nation's first cannabis kitchen in 2018, a high-tech grow facility in 2019, and the first drive-thru dispensary service in Arizona in 2020. They also introduced online ordering in 2021 and a shuttle service in 2022. Mint Cannabis has grown beyond Arizona, with operations in states like Michigan, Massachusetts, and Missouri. The company's headquarters is located in Guadalupe, Arizona, and features a large flagship store.

Acquisitions: Mint Cannabis has also expanded through acquisition, such as its purchase of MedMen's Arizona operations.
