Pay Range: $52,000 - $60,000

 


Position Summary: 

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in leading daily dispensary operations while creating a positive guest experience. This role assists with team leadership, inventory management, compliance, and sales performance to help drive overall store success  

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Responsibilities: Assisting with training, developing, and supporting up to 25+ team members while promoting accountability and teamwork. 
  • Sales Expertise: Supporting sales growth through product knowledge, guest engagement, and coaching expected sales metrics. . 
  • Inventory Control: Assisting with inventory accuracy by reducing product shrinkage, monitoring aging inventory, and supporting inventory counts and sell-throughs. 
  • Compliance: Understanding Missouri compliance requirements to confidently support state inspections and reduce deficiencies.  

Success Metrics: 

  • Supporting monthly sales goals. 
  • Team education on expected sales metrics.
  • Reducing aging and expiring products.
  • Delivering an exceptional guest experience.

  • Inventory Team Members
  • Security Guards

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of retail management or leadership experience required. 
  • Cannabis retail experience preferred. 
  • Leadership background with experience coaching and developing teams. 
  • Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Experience with sales performance and inventory management preferred. 
  • Must be 21+ and possess (or be able to obtain) a Facility Agent Card

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting, standing, walking, and climbing for long periods of time. 

Work Environment:

  • The environment can be loud 
  • Atmosphere & Pace: Fast-paced and energetic. The floor features specialized product displays (flower, edibles, concentrates). Staff must be adaptable to busy rushes, as wait times and long lines are common during peak hours
