-ควบคุมมาตรฐาน QSC (Quality / Service / Cleanliness)
-ดูแลคุณภาพอาหาร การบริการ และความสะอาดภายในร้าน
-บริหารจัดการทีมงานและจัดตารางการทำงานของพนักงาน
-ควบคุมต้นทุน ยอดขาย และสต็อกสินค้า
-ตรวจสอบคุณภาพอาหารและมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน
-แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและดูแลความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
-สรุปรายงานผลการดำเนินงานและประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
