About this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operational tasks across assigned store locations, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

  • Assist in analyzing sales, operational, and performance data to support informed decision-making.

  • Coordinate cross-functional communications between retail stores and the head office.

  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and performance updates using Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Travel to stores as needed for operational audits, field support, training, or special project implementation.

  • Support logistics planning, including shipment coordination and marketing campaign execution.

  • Research and recommend solutions for store-level challenges or client/event needs.

  • Identify operational issues proactively and propose practical solutions within program guidelines.

  • Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

  • Provide day-to-day support to operations leaders and management.

  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin and/or French is considered an asset.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Excel data analysis skills are essential.

  • Prior experience in retail operations, logistics, or data analysis is highly preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and work under pressure.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

  • Must be available to work retail hours, including weekends, and travel for store visits as required.

  • Must hold a valid driver’s license.

  • Physical ability to occasionally perform store-level tasks (e.g., audits, merchandising support).
