Position Summary
As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to our quality standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. Our ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience to every guest.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Set up and stock workstations before each shift.
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper portioning.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout service.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow kitchen team members.
- Assist with food prep, stocking, and cleaning duties as needed.
- Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
- Work efficiently during busy dinner services while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
- Experience with Italian cuisine is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
Schedule
- Evening shifts required.
- Weekend and holiday availability is required.
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
