Role Description

This is a full-time, remote U.S. role, with the option to work from our Chicago or New York City office.

The Strategic Account Manager will own relationships with Milu’s employer, broker, consultant, TPA, and healthcare partners after implementation, ensuring they achieve measurable value from our solutions while identifying opportunities to grow each partnership.

You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, leading business reviews, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, resolving issues, and helping partners maximize engagement and outcomes. Working closely with Sales, Clinical, Product, and Operations teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving retention and long-term growth.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: 2–4 years of experience in employee benefits, digital health, health plans, TPAs, healthcare consulting, or employer healthcare

  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or Relationship Management

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships

  • Experience managing strategic customer or partner accounts, including renewals and account growth

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organized with strong project management and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Clinical, Product, and Operations teams

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with employer-sponsored healthcare, population health, value-based care, or digital health solutions

  • Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM platform

  • Startup or high-growth company experience

  • Familiar with CSV, EDI, or SQL data models
