Meet the Team
The Information Technology team is core to the health and growth of Millennium’s business. Supporting the firm’s active, multi-manager model requires flexible, scalable technology and advanced proprietary systems. Within this environment, the Corporate Technology Support team partners across functions including Treasury, Middle Office, Operations, Finance and Compliance to maintain production stability, strengthen operational resilience and support the continued evolution of critical business applications.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day application support across key functional areas including Treasury, Middle Office, Operations, Finance and Compliance

  • Monitor production stability, troubleshoot issues and drive timely resolution to deliver a high standard of support to end users

  • Support incident, problem and release management activities to help maintain a stable and resilient production environment

  • Partner closely with development teams to support new feature delivery and ensure applications perform reliably in production

  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk

  • Work with DevOps and engineering tools including TeamCity, Jenkins, GitHub, Octopus and Confluence

  • Lead outage calls, coordinate stakeholders and provide clear, timely updates to senior management during production incidents

  • Take ownership of incident communications and postmortem documentation, helping drive follow-through and continuous improvement

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or postgraduate qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in application support or a related production support environment

  • Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of relational database systems

  • Ability to support both Windows and Unix/Linux environments, with solid comfort working in Unix

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess issues quickly and respond effectively

  • Ability to learn new systems, technologies and business concepts quickly

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly during high-pressure situations

  • High level of ownership, commitment and teamwork, with an energetic, self-starting and independent approach
