About this role

Job Description

  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and panel members
  • Play a key role in coordinating university engagement initiatives and maintaining related records and documentation
  • Update recruitment trackers, HR databases, and other records with accurate and timely information
  • Support reference checks through follow-ups with selected candidates
  • Assist with onboarding arrangements, including new joiner coordination, documentation, and related administrative activities
  • Prepare and maintain employee personal files and support general HR administrative processes
  • Design and circulate internal HR flyers and other employee-related communications
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee engagement initiatives, including intern development program, wellbeing activities, internal events, and related communications

Person Specification

  • Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior internship experience in an HR or administrative function will be an added advantage
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools 
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent administrative and documentation skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
