Who are we looking for?

Strong Organizational Skills (ability to maintain all service and customer records as required by the dealer and manufacturer).
Detail oriented (ensure proper documentation and verify criteria compliance as required by the dealer and manufacturer)
Excellent communication skills
Motivated career individuals
Collaborative team players

Qualifications

Experience processing factory warranty claims, reconciling payments, and ensuring that claims are paid properly by the manufacturer (Preferred)
Experience processing data to ensure accuracy of records and documentation.
Track record of acting as a liaison between service technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers.
Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
