What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the primary point of contact for our service customers, helping guide them through every step of the service process while creating a positive ownership experience.

Responsibilities include

Greeting customers and identifying their vehicle service needs
Building trust and long-term customer relationships
Communicating recommended services and repairs
Coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Providing timely updates throughout the repair process
Maintaining accurate customer information and service records
Delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Qualifications

Required

Proven customer service experience with a track record of creating positive customer experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience using CRM software and related technology

Preferred

Automotive service advisor experience
Sales or automotive industry experience
Experience working in a high-volume service environment
