What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers
Greet customers and guide them through the service process
Build lasting relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
Coordinate repair timelines between customers and technicians
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Utilize CRM tools to manage customer communications and appointments
Help deliver an outstanding dealership experience from start to finish

What We're Looking For

Required

Previous customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust and develop customer relationships
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Previous automotive service advisor experience
Sales or consultative customer service experience
Experience using CRM software
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
