As an Insurance Claims Representative, you will serve as the primary liaison between insurance carriers, third-party administrators, legal counsel, dealership personnel, and internal business partners to ensure claims are investigated, documented, and resolved efficiently.

What do we offer?

Compensation: $50-100k (Salary will be based on experience, role alignment, and transferable skills)
Location: Remote/Hybrid position with occasional onsite presence at the Corporate Office (Charleston, SC)

Schedule: Mon-Friday/8am-5pm

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate has experience reviewing and coordinating insurance claims involving property damage, general liability, automobile liability, workers' compensation, and other commercial insurance matters.
Highly organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.
Individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

1-5 years of experience with insurance claims representative handling for nationally recognized insurance carriers.
Auto/Liability/Property preferred
Track record of serving as the primary point of contact between insurance carriers, adjusters, third-party administrators, legal counsel, and dealership leadership.
Proven experience monitoring claims throughout the lifecycle to ensure timely investigation, documentation, and resolution.
