Lexus or Toyota experience preferred but not required.

Express/Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

Perform oil changes and Lexus Multi-Point Inspections
Complete Video Multi-Point Inspections (Video MPIs) on every vehicle to clearly communicate vehicle condition and maintenance recommendations to customers
Rotate and balance tires
Replace engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades
Inspect brakes, steering, suspension, and vehicle fluids
Complete maintenance services according to Lexus and dealership standards
Communicate repair opportunities to management
Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Experienced Automotive Technician Responsibilities:

Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical systems, HVAC, and hybrid technologies
Test-drive vehicles and utilize manufacturer diagnostic equipment
Perform Video Multi-Point Inspections (Video MPIs) on every vehicle to clearly communicate repair recommendations and vehicle condition to customers
Complete repairs according to Lexus and manufacturer specifications
Communicate directly with Service Advisors regarding repair recommendations and additional services
Perform warranty repairs
Accurately document repair procedures and findings
Participate in Lexus manufacturer training and certification programs
Stay current on technical service bulletins
Maintain productivity while delivering exceptional workmanship
Maintain dealership tools and equipment
Follow OSHA and dealership safety standards
