What You'll Do

As an Automotive Express/Maintenance Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping customer vehicles operating safely and efficiently while developing the technical skills needed for long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services
Conduct vehicle safety inspections and multi-point inspections
Replace air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades
Perform additional maintenance services as directed by management
Inspect, replace, and replenish vehicle fluids as necessary
Check and adjust tire pressures
Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently according to manufacturer and dealership standards
Work with the Parts Department to obtain necessary parts and materials
Document all work performed on repair orders
Maintain customer vehicles with care and professionalism
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs
Follow OSHA, environmental, and dealership safety guidelines
Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or shop hazards immediately

Qualifications

Required

Valid driver's license
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

Preferred

Previous Express Technician experience
Automotive maintenance experience
Automotive technical school education
Desire to pursue manufacturer certifications and long-term career growth
