We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Administrator to join our Tenant and Productivity engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for administering, governing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 environments at enterprise scale. You will partner with engineering, security, compliance, and business teams to ensure a secure, reliable, and scalable Dynamics 365 platform while driving operational excellence through automation and AI-driven capabilities.

Responsibilities
- You will own and operate the enterprise Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable services that enable internal teams to build and run business-critical applications.
- You will define and implement platform standards, governance frameworks, architectural guardrails, and operational baselines for Dynamics 365 and Dataverse to drive consistency, compliance, and adoption across the enterprise.
- You will administer and govern Dynamics 365 and Dataverse environments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production, including environment strategy, capacity planning, security controls, lifecycle management, and service operations.
- You will establish and manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices, including solution management, deployment governance, release validation, rollback procedures, and Azure DevOps-based deployment processes.
- You will enable and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure services, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Graph, and other enterprise services, ensuring scalable and supported integration patterns.
- You will monitor platform health, performance, availability, and compliance, leading incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform reliability, developer productivity, and user experience.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, service engineering, or systems engineering
- OR equivalent experience.
- Hands on experience administering and operating enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 platforms, including environment management, governance, security, and platform operations.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse administration, including environment strategy, security roles, business units, teams, access controls, capacity management, and compliance governance.
- Experience establishing and operating Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes, including solution management, deployment governance, release validation, rollback procedures, and Azure DevOps-based deployment pipelines.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure services, Microsoft Graph, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric, while defining scalable and supportable integration patterns.
- Experience developing automation and operational efficiencies using PowerShell, APIs, automation frameworks, and platform management tooling to reduce manual effort and improve platform reliability. The source references automation as a core platform administration capability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience defining and implementing enterprise-scale governance frameworks, platform standards, and operational baselines for Dynamics 365 and Dataverse environments.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric to enable scalable business solutions.
- Experience driving platform automation and operational excellence using PowerShell, APIs, Azure Automation, or similar tools to improve efficiency, governance, and service reliability.
- Familiarity with Copilot for Dynamics 365, Microsoft Copilot, and AI-powered platform capabilities, including governance, security, and enterprise adoption considerations.
