We are looking for a VP, Repairs Product Group, to join our Service Centers organization.
Metso operates a global network of Service Centers that perform repairs and refurbishments on Metso and third-party equipment. Our repair and service solutions help customers maximize equipment productivity, safety, reliability, and lifecycle value. As VP, Repairs Product Group, you will lead Metso's global Repairs business and drive profitable growth through strategy execution, customer value creation, operational excellence, and portfolio development.
What You’ll Do
• Lead the profitable growth and global P&L performance of the Repairs business.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing global Product Group team.
• Define and execute the Repairs strategy in alignment with PSE and Metso strategic priorities.
• Drive Service Center footprint development, capability enhancement, capacity planning and capital investments.
• Lead the development and management of the Repairs portfolio, including offering development, go-to-market strategy, pricing, sales enablement, and customer value creation.
• Drive operational excellence across the global Service Center network in collaboration with PSE Operations and Market Areas.
• Champion a strong safety culture and accountability for service center safety performance globally.
• Ensure quality management excellence and quality outcomes across Repairs operations.
• Lead Repairs technical knowledge management and capability development in collaboration with Product BL engineering teams.
What You'll Bring
• Significant leadership experience in industrial, services, manufacturing, mining or aggregates businesses.
• Strong commercial & financial acumen.
• Experience leading strategy execution, portfolio management, and operational performance improvement.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and build strong partnerships across a global matrix organization.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth, operational excellence, and business transformation.
