Global Transportation Planning Manager
About this role
Meta's mission is to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together. Our Global Workplace Services (GWS) team ensures that Metamates around the world have the resources, services, and environments they need to do their best work — and getting people to and from work safely, sustainably, and efficiently is a critical part of that mission.
We're looking for a Global Transportation Planning Manager to join our Transportation team. This is a senior individual contributor role for a strategic thinker and doer who will shape how Meta moves people today and into the future. The ideal candidate combines deep transportation planning expertise with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will design and optimize commuter shuttle services, drive strategic planning for Meta's global transportation programs, partner closely with Real Estate and Workplace Planning teams to inform office location strategy, and lead projects that span multiple pillars within Transportation.
This role requires someone who brings new ideas, operates with a bias for action, and is eager to contribute beyond their core scope to advance the team. This position reports to the Global Transportation Manager and collaborates with teams across GWS, Real Estate, Workplace Planning, Finance, and regional operations partners globally.
