Job description:

Lead DXP Consultant (m/f/d) leads the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and value delivery of digital experiences built on Adobe Experience Cloud (primarily with AEM, as well as capabilities across content management, targeting and personalization, and experimentation). The role aligns business objectives with customer needs and platform capabilities, prioritizes the backlog for maximum business impact, and ensures releases deliver measurable outcomes.

A key expectation of the role is to drive innovation across the Adobe ecosystem by advising on future AEM enhancements, platform evolution, and strategic opportunities. The Lead DXP Consultant (m/f/d) acts as a trusted expert who can consult on technical solutions, propose new potential use cases, and guide clients on the best decisions to maximize value. This includes staying current with Adobe’s latest features and industry trends, actively collaborating with Adobe, and identifying opportunities to introduce new capabilities, optimize experiences, and shape the long-term roadmap.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own product vision, roadmap, and outcome-based backlog.
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business goals.
  • Lead delivery across AEM, DAM, Integrations, AI, Personalization, Analytics, and data topics
  • Recommend new AEM capabilities, platform improvements, and emerging use cases.
  • Advise clients on technical solutions, architecture impacts, and strategic priorities.
  • Stay current with Adobe’s roadmap, releases, and industry trends; collaborate closely with Adobe.
  • Define and track KPIs for engagement, performance, and experiment results.
  • Ensure compliant data collection and reliable measurement.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Deep knowledge of AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, content models, and integrations.
  • 7–10+ years in digital product roles; experience as Product Owner/ Consultant type of roles leading AEM projects or programs.
  • Strong backlog management and skilled in prioritization, as well as agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe)
  • Ability to advise on platform evolution, technical solutions, and strategic use cases.
  • Extensive knowledge of UX/UI best practices combined with solid experience in providing strategic design consulting.
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and executive-level storytelling.
