Responsibilities

  • Be at the forefront of Digital knowledge (focusing on SEM, Display, Social, Analytics) by keeping up to date with industry news and developments
  • Develop an understanding of the various digital media channels and the potential for them in clients marketing activity
  • Lead the day to day client relationship, campaign or project development and execution for clients
  • Set and manage expectations of client and internal teams, especially to ensure the team has the optimal time scale to deliver quality work and service
  • Lead development of regular results & resource analysis & reporting, recommendations and presentations
  • Help in preparation for and attend business pitches as required
  • Develop the skills and knowledge of the Digital Executive/ Specialist through mentoring, supervision and providing continual feedback on performance
  • Delegate the appropriate tasks and the appropriate amount of tasks to ensure an acceptable workload

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in media planning in an agency environment, candidates with more experience will be considered as Digital Performance Manager
  • Experience in working on digital performance/ integrated marketing programs, with an understanding of how digital can build off of other media channels
  • Experience in full-cycle planning from consumer insights, to marketing strategy, to data analytics is a plus
  • Good relationship built with media vendors
  • Proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent, persuasive, and concise English presentation and writing skills
  • Positive “can-do” attitude
  • Cantonese and good command of English
