Adobe Workfront Product Owner
Role Overview
The Adobe Workfront Product Owner is a client-facing role responsible for translating business needs and client priorities into a clear product backlog and delivery roadmap. This role partners closely with client stakeholders, Product Management, Architects, Engineers, and Developers to ensure Workfront solutions deliver measurable business value.
The ideal candidate combines strong product ownership and consulting skills with practical knowledge of Adobe Workfront and the Adobe Content Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog and roadmap.
- Gather, refine, and translate client requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, defects, and fixes based on business value, dependencies, and client needs.
- Serve as a primary product contact for clients, facilitating discovery, requirements, backlog, and roadmap discussions.
- Partner with Architects, Engineers, and Developers throughout design, development, testing, and delivery.
- Lead or support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and demos.
- Validate delivered functionality against requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Manage stakeholder expectations around priorities, scope, risks, and timelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, adoption, and business processes using Workfront and related Adobe capabilities.
- Understand dependencies across the Adobe Content Supply Chain, including Workfront, Fusion, AEM, Planning, and other Adobe platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, consulting, business analysis, or technology delivery.
- 2+ years of Product Owner or product-focused experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs, requirements, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong client-facing communication, facilitation, and consulting skills.
- Experience working with Agile development teams.
- Practical experience with Adobe Workfront and an understanding of its core capabilities and limitations.
- Understanding of Content Supply Chain concepts and how planning, creation, approvals, asset management, and activation connect.
- Ability to work effectively with technical architects and developers without being the primary technical solution owner.

- Adobe Workfront Core + Workfront Planning
- Adobe Workfront Fusion
- Adobe GenStudio, AEM Assets, , Frame.io, or related Adobe Experience Cloud experience.
- Content Supply Chain implementation or consulting experience.
- Adobe Certified Professional: Workfront Core Developer preferred.
- Adobe Certified Expert: Workfront Core Developer is a plus.
- Adobe Certified Professional: Workfront Fusion Developer is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $113,000 - $158,750. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
