Lead Stylist | Merivale

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Stylist to join our Styling team, taking ownership of styling across a select portfolio of new projects and existing venues.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills and the ability to balance creativity with practical and commercial considerations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead styling across venue projects from concept development through to sourcing, procurement, installation and handover.
• Develop creative and commercially considered styling concepts aligned with the vision and identity of each venue.
• Partner closely with Design, Project Management, Operations and external consultants to coordinate styling requirements and delivery.
• Maintain high styling standards across an assigned portfolio of existing Merivale venues.
• Coordinate venue refreshes, seasonal updates and ongoing styling improvements.
• Review sourcing selections and completed installations to ensure quality, consistency and attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate styling schedules, procurement tracking and project documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve styling processes and create greater consistency and efficiency across the team.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in styling, interiors, visual merchandising, design or a similar creative environment.
• Experience managing creative projects from concept through to installation and delivery.
• A strong creative eye with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
• Strong sourcing, FFE and procurement capability, with an understanding of commercial considerations.
• Confidence working collaboratively with designers, project teams, operational stakeholders and external suppliers.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• A genuine interest in hospitality, interiors and creating distinctive guest experiences.
