Mercura is building AI software for the backbone of our economy. As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle from first meeting to close, helping Munich-based customers boost productivity with AI. Join a fast-growing team focused on reaching $10M ARR by the end of 2026.
What youll do
- Qualify and close new customers.
- Partner with our prospecting team to manage your pipeline and ensure an optimal customer journey.
- Guide prospects through evaluation, build relationships, and develop business cases demonstrating our product’s value.
- Conduct demos, negotiate, and close deals while continuously improving the sales process.
- Design and implement strategies to win key accounts and expand into new markets.
- Gather and share customer feedback with engineering to drive product innovation.
- Build and train a high-performing sales team and scalable sales processes.
What Mercura is looking for
- 1+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS/tech sales with a track record of exceeding quotas in mid-market/enterprise.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent) to manage pipeline and forecasting.
- Ability to build and present business cases demonstrating ROI to executive stakeholders.
- Native German and fluent English.
- Experience owning end-to-end B2B SaaS sales cycles including discovery, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
- Ideally, experience in construction, supply chain, and the trades.
