Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely home delivery across the region.
• Maintain detailed customer records in our CRM, ensuring data integrity for future order processing.
• Handle inbound feedback and resolve any concerns regarding product quality or delivery schedules promptly.
• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to qualify for this international opportunity.
• Previous experience in Sales, Customer Support, or the Food & Beverage industry is highly preferred.
