We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for the Dutch Speaking Cybersecurity Customer Experts position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation and support for cybersecurity software users in the Dutch market.
• Monitor and troubleshoot potential security threats, ensuring optimal protection for our clients' digital assets.
• Assist users with technical security configurations, software installations, and identity protection protocols.
• Maintain detailed documentation of security incidents and customer inquiries within our advanced CRM system.
• Collaborate with international cybersecurity teams to stay updated on the latest industry trends and threat landscapes.
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient communication to maintain high levels of customer trust and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity support processes by identifying recurring technical issues.
• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport or work permit for Greece.
• Proven interest in the cybersecurity industry and digital safety technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a technical aptitude for software troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and a proficient level of English.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle sensitive security information with discretion.
