We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities team. The technician will be responsible for the McMurray, PA area.

Position Details:

  • Complete all assigned work orders professionally and promptly, as directed by the immediate supervisor, to maintain Merakey properties.
  • Perform necessary repairs on Merakey properties, including electrical, heating/cooling, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
  • Conduct general maintenance repairs and ongoing monthly upkeep.
  • Repair and maintain walls, ceiling tiles, and paint as needed.
  • Handle desk and furniture repairs.
  • Perform lock repairs and maintenance.

Earn $22.00/hour in this position with the option of an additional $2/hour with the selection of enhanced pay.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must have knowledge and experience in HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and carpentry.
  • Must provide a verifiable high school diploma or GED equivalent.
