Role Purpose
This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the company's core values of Safety, Security, and Environmental stewardship, while ensuring a safe workplace for our employees. The job description below outlines the key duties, accountability, leadership responsibilities, qualifications, and candidate requirements for this position.
What you will be doing
- Act as a liaison between stations, surveillance technology customer service provider, and technical support team.
- Ensure users, stations, vehicles, and product information are properly updated in the system.
- Provide regular training on the system for station staff, including initial and refresher training.
- Serve as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for station leadership, including on-call availability.
- Monitor and report on Driver Safety Program KPIs, coaching standards, and coaching quality.
- Proactively review events to determine if observations qualify for dismissal.
- Actively work dismissal requests.
- Review and analyze program data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and best practices.
- Conduct frequent audits, including preparing and coordinating audit schedules.
- Prepare and present reports to various levels of audiences.
- Aid in Program Manager initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Participating as a key member of the network risk management team, promoting and driving the 'Safety First' culture.
- Exercise Stop Work Authority (SWA) is necessary to prevent unsafe conditions or acts.
- Lead by example and immediately correct at-risk behaviors of staff; provide on-the-spot training and coaching as required.
- Implement the MA Safety Management System (SMS) within their area of control and encourage staff engagement in safety management processes.
- Ensure staff adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and associated training.
- Actively promote Menzies’ Fair & Just reporting culture at all levels of the business.

What we are looking for:
- System or program experience demonstrated by a successful track record of managing change and delivering benefits through new programs.
- Experience of working within a fast-moving, evolving environment with new technology/services/infrastructure/priorities and working practices (processes).
- Excellent organizational, planning and administrative skills and a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and a good team player, with a hands-on, practical approach in providing solutions in a challenging and dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and vendor management skills with the ability to communicate with people at different levels and from different geographical and cultural backgrounds.
- Preferred experience working as an auditor especially from within the industry
- Experience of working in a busy, sometimes high-pressure environment.
- Experience dealing with confidential and sensitive work.
- Proficient in PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Candidate requirements
- Fluent in both written & spoken English.
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish is preferred.
- Enthusiastic, forward-thinking, self-motivated and disciplined.
- Excellent customer service, communication and analytical skills
- Flexible hours based on the needs of the company (may require work outside of regular business hours).
- Ability to work from the Corporate Office in Fort Worth, Texas unless approved to work remotely by the hiring Manager
