We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator, Engineering and are actively looking to meet the best and brightest talent that the hospitality industry has to offer. The Coordinator, Engineering will play an important role in the overall success of our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to connect with people in a meaningful way. They will have a hands-on approach that will contribute to satisfied and loyal guests and associates.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all Administrative tasks including, but not limited to, payroll, scheduling, gathering contractor bids and all other tasks as assigned by the Director and Chief Engineer.
  • Track, document, and report on projects, preventive maintenance programs and work orders
  • Coordinate purchasing requests and help maintain adequate inventory levels for parts, tools, and supplies
  • Cap X approval forms, documentation and tracking
  •  
  • Check in any contractors
  • Vendor Contracts, management, tracing, etc.
  • Departmental Payroll/Dayforce, etc.
  • Billing/Invoices for any groups…Electrical services, etc.
  • Monitor, document, and manage service requests to ensure timely completion and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and administrative skills
    • College degree preferred or at least 2 years of progressive related experience with a High School Diploma
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Opera, and Dayforce 
    • Must have excellent oral, written, communication and organizational skills
    • Self-starter, ability to make decisions with a high level of common sense 
    • Previous supervisory experience preferred
    • Strong communication and follow up skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills
    • College degree preferred or at least 2 years of progressive related experience with a High School Diploma
