Purpose

KCIC is seeking detail-oriented, curious, and motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Junior Document Review Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch or build a professional career in a collaborative and supportive environment.

In this role, you will review legal and claim-related documents, identify and extract critical information, and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used by our consulting teams and clients. You'll receive comprehensive training, gain exposure to litigation support and data management processes, and develop valuable skills in document analysis, quality assurance, and professional communication.

 

No prior experience in legal services, consulting, or data analysis is required- we provide the training, tools, and support needed for your success.

 

 

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Review legal, claim, and case-related documents to identify and accurately capture key information within KCIC's proprietary platform.
  • Validate information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency while adhering to established guidelines and quality standards.
  • Conduct quality control reviews to ensure data and documentation meet internal and client requirements.
  • Organize and prioritize assignments to meet productivity goals and project deadlines.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to communicate progress, manage workload, and resolve questions.
  • Support consulting teams by maintaining accurate, organized, and reliable client data.
  • Follow documented processes and incorporate feedback to continuously improve performance and efficiency.
  • Contribute to a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous learning.

 

Experience and Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong reading comprehension and the ability to identify relevant information within written documents.
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfort using computers, online applications, and learning new technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
  • Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn new skills and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
